Welcome To My Crazy Beautiful Life

If I didn’t have so dang many pages, I would put this one on my balloon party blog with a permanent sticking charm.

I still may.

I’ve bamboozled (ahem) acquired some new followers, and I’d love for this to be one of the first things they see on my blog.

I don’t have a source for it, and so I send love out into the universe to the photographer that caught this, and the artist that created it.

I’ve noticed as I’ve gotten older, that judgement is such a burden. Everytime I allow people with different beliefs and views into my safe little circle of existence, I nearly always come away singing the Beatles. (you can click, I will wait for you to come back. Promise♥)

So, new followers, thank you! And welcome to my blog. You’ll notice I have some regular commenters. Aren’t they just the best?!

I know.

Sometimes their comments are actually better than my writing.

I love it when that happens.

You may not know this, but I had a magical spell put on me at birth.

I can’t tell you of the specifics (Magical Law prohibits me from doing so), but I CAN tell you, I tend to get lucky in finding the coolest people in the universe to be my friends, and there has been no exception in the wonderful connections I’ve made in BlogTown. They are writers and artists with huge hearts and smart brains who humble me every day.

 Please know you are in good company. I love to blog, and I’m shooting for World Peace, but will settle for smiles. And Diet Coke, if you happen to have an extra. 🙂

    Honey, you aren’t “lucky”. You are ppl magnet!!!!!! You are a fun, carring, smart, interesting person I am blessed to call friend and sister.

  9. Positive nice people that care about others are like a magnet. You draw like minded people like a magnet. Some crazies will inevitably follow for the ride but usually fall off along the way. Keep doing what you do. 🙂

      My Mom had to drag me kicking and screaming into it. I’ll never forget her calling me one morning:
      “Lisa, I’ve been noticing in my magazines, that many of the articles they include are from people who blog. Now, I’m not sure what that means, but you should do that.”
      🙂
      And then she asked me for 5 straight weeks in a row…”Did you start that blog thing?”
      I owe it all to her.
